After four months of singing and growing together every Tuesday night, Luminous Muse Choir is blooming into our final performance—and you're warmly invited to witness the magic! Our choir consists of 19 magnificent humans and singers who are dedicated to sharing their voices, and to awakening their own muses for the beauty & benefit of us all.

This evening is more than a concert—it's a journey of transformation, of honoring nature’s intelligence, remembering light in the darkness, and opening to the vibrant aliveness of being human. Expect lush harmonies, heart-opening songs, and a collective prayer for our world…

Join Jessica Sirena, Luis Molinar & Susan Swartz at The SAGEuary for a beautiful night of sharing the healing vibrations of mantra and medicine music! Ride the bliss waves with us! 

We will begin with a meditation to help us drop in as well as a vocal warm-up led by Jessica. You will be guided through several healing songs led by Jessica and Luis and are invited to join in with your voice. Lyrics will be provided!

You do not have to be a self-identified 'singer' to join us, although singers are very welcome - only a music lover with an open heart! Drummers, guitarists, and other instrumentalists are encouraged to join us! Musicians, let us know in advance you are coming and we will provide you with a copy of all the chords to our songs!

MoonDance Experience is a moon dance gathering, which is considered to be a form of ecstatic dance that involves dynamic yoga stretch, cacao activation, sound healing, dancing, and meditation. During the event you will experience a welcome circle and intention setting cacao activation ceremony to set the tone. This is followed by a period of yoga stretch, an “ecstatic dance” session, sound healing, and meditation prior to closing the circle. “Ecstatic Dance” is a free technique dance where the DJ guides the audience through an eclectic selection of tracks that build an in crescendo rhythm story which slows down at the end. The dancers begin and end in Savasana pose. This experience will be led by a team which includes the DJ, a yoga and circle leader, a musician/sound healer and special guests. We will experience Cacao Activation a ceremonial cacao drinking chocolate available from our curated shop, FLOW.

Give your everyday life a rest and get active with this dynamic/experience full of movement.

By incorporating mantra into our asana and meditation practices, we are inviting in a deep transformation and healing experience to happen when we lose ourselves in the beauty of chanting.

            No experience is necessary! Come as you are and leave with a relaxed, open heart. We will share a gentle yoga practice followed by a seated mantra meditation. Each recurring event will focus on a specific theme and energy.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:

Claudia Morales: has always been moved by energy and movement. As she started practicing yoga, her life profoundly changed, and she began to be connection with her higher self. She began discovering so many incredible things about herself, her body, and her energy, understanding that we are awareness itself and not the impermanent definitions we create in our minds. Her love for yoga is so deep that she decided to become a yoga teacher where she learned balance, patience, humility, respect, self-honor, mindfulness, spirituality, self-love and to be present in every moment. Through continued practice she became part of a community and started discovering different lineages of yoga and meditation. One of these was ecstatic dance or movement meditation. Her goal is to share this with others, help create community and support others in connecting to their higher selves through yoga, meditation, dance and breath work. In this way we to connect with our true essence, we shift to higher levels of consciousness and awareness as we release fear and learn to unlearn.

Luis Molinar: was born in the sign of Aries in Mexico. He is most activated in life by love, nature, music, yoga, community and movement. His heart is open to helping create opportunities for each of us to love and support each other. In this way we can continue to grow as a community through a beautiful ¨dance of life¨. He believes we are all on the planet a reason and movement meditation is one of the gifts that life has given us. It supports us in remembering the energy and power we hold within while dancing and releasing what does not serve us. Dancing helps us tap into the sacred connection between mind, body and spirit and reminds us of our soul’s playful nature. As we dance we allow our magical, inner child, run wild and free.

Claudia Collantes: is a Miami based sound curator. She uses music as a tool to lift the Spirit and movement to release mental and physical blockages through. She is inspired by the desire to uplift others and help them to arrive at the most genuine version of themselves.

Jessica Sirena: is a singer, performer, voice empowerment teacher, music teacher and yoga teacher residing in Miami Beach, Florida. Her mission is to empower us all to connect with our inner creativity and expression through our voices. She works with students of all ages and paths to refine their singing voices, Be it for personal health and healing, songwriting, or professional development. She has studied voice extensively from a young age and comes from a Buddhist-Inspired education at Naropa University, where she studied interdisciplinary performance and music. She sings from the heart, sharing original songs, mantras and medicine songs that evoke a sense of wonder in those who listen. She recently released her debut EP album entitled “Cosmic Mystery”.

Maybe you still feel a little uncomfortable opening your mouth to OM at the beginning and ending of yoga class… Or maybe you’ve always wanted to explore chanting a little deeper. This is your chance to learn and practice in a fun, super relaxed atmosphere with other yogis!

This introductory mantra workshop explains the history, technology and practice of the sound A-U-M as well as other essential mantras that can deepen your yoga and meditation practice. You will experience first-hand the powerful vibrational effects of mantra during the workshop!

Jessica will share a few basic concepts in singing technique as well as some helpful tips to chant and tone with more ease. After covering the bases, we will put what we learn into action by chanting together. Prepare to laugh, get lifted and leave with some serious knowledge!
